Click on www.laperlausa.com and, once in boutique, click on Sign in to register and fill-in the information requested. Remember your Username and Password.
Why should I register? If you like, you can enter and browse the site without registering; you can look around and even use the shopping trolley. The advantages you get by registering are: - if your trolley contains products you have selected, it will be saved even if you do not send the order, i.e. even if you decide not to purchase; - by registering you will join the La Perla mailing list and will be informed of all the events, news and promotional offers staged at the site.
Does registration involve particular obligations? No, registration carries no obligations and/or charges.
What should I do if I forget my password? No problem. Enter www.laperlausa.com and click on 'Password?'. Now insert your e-mail and click on Send. You will receive an e-mail with your Username and Password.
How can I modify my password and my personal profile?
First login with you user name and password.
Click on Account and change your email address and/or your invoice address and/or personal data. Click on send to confirm it.
ORDERS
How do I find an item on La Perla? You can search for items in different ways: search engine, searching by brand, typology, category, style and/or colour. In addition, you can look in the theme windows where you can find our new products.
PAYMENT
How can I be sure that the data on my credit card will be protected?
Thanks to the secure server of SHIFT4, all your financial details (credit card number, expiry date, etc.) will be received and processed only by SHIFT4. Neither La Perla nor any other party may access this system and thereby obtain your details.

When will the purchase be debited on my credit card account? La Perla will not bill your credit card until we ship your order.
SHIPPING
Can I find out the delivery status of my order?
Yes, thanks to monitoring. Once your order has left, you will receive an e-mail specifying your Order Number and the URL at which you can track your shipment. Simply call up the URL page and enter your Order Number (www.ups.com).
Can I get a gift sent to another address? Yes, provided the recipient and the sender are located in the US.
