ORDERING La Perla only accepts orders within the 48 continental United States by final clients over the age of 18 who are resident and/or domiciled in United States. It is possible to visualize and purchase La Perla items until they are sold out. Just follow these five easy steps to place an order at La Perla:
· Registration/Sign-in
Click on www.laperlausa.com and once in boutique, click on Sign in and fill-in the requested information. USA/secure/Sign_in.jsp
You will receive an e-mail confirming your user name and password.
· Shopping bag Select the desired size, colour and quantity. You can continue shopping clicking on arrows “back to item” close to the item’s picture. If the item is out of stock you receive the message “CHOICE NOT AVAILABLE”. If you wish to make a present, click on “PRESENT” and then fill-in the delivery address and your gift message.
· Final check-out You can verify shipping and billing information and, if you wish, change the delivery address. Click on BUY to confirm the order.
· Order confirmation After your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail with the details of your order.
· Modifying/Cancelling order Once your order has been confirmed, and you realize there is a mistake, please contact soon our customer service by emailing customerservice@laperlafashions.com

Once your order has been confirmed and finalised to be shipped, we can no longer cancel or modify your order. Please see our Return Policy for addition information.
PAYMENT The payment of the purchased products is made online by credit card. We will not bill your credit card until we ship your order.
La Perla reserves the right to request additional identification, for consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification.

Safe payment When customers offer their bankcard at the point of sale, over the Internet, they want assurance that their account information is safe. La Perla does not know the details of your credit card and is therefore not able to file or retain them in any way or form.
SHIPPING
Orders from La Perla are shipped via UPS. Orders placed during regular business days from Monday through Friday (not including holidays) are typically processed and shipped within 48 business hours. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries. No shipping to P.O. Boxes.
If your shipping information does not match your billing information, there may be a delay in order processing. As all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. We thanks in advance for your patience.
RETURN POLICY
La Perla Guarantee
At LaPerlaUSA.com, we want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely pleased with an item purchased from us, we will be happy to accept such item in its original, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging. Simply return the item(s) within thirty (30) days from the delivery date of your purchase for a refund or exchange (See How Do I Return an Item).
Refunds will be credited only to the original credit card used. Please note that returns after 30 days from the delivery of your purchase will result in merchandise credit only.
Please also note the following: · For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of any hosiery items if their package has been opened or of any bottoms or swimwear that have been tried on in direct skin contact (accordingly, please try bottoms and swimwear over your own undergarments).
· Please kindly ensure returned items remain with original packaging to receive full credit. La Perla reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
How Do I Return an Item?
You will find a LPUSA Return/Exchange Form (REF) enclosed with your order. To return an item, you must first obtain a return authorization (R/A) number from our Customer Service department at customerservice@laperlafashions.com. Please specify in the subject the reason you are returning the product: refunding or exchange. An exchange will be issued for the same item purchased with different size/color. You will receive an e-mail from us with the R/A number and any other instructions.

· Please write the R/A number in the upper right-hand corner of the REF enclosed with your purchase. · Indicate whether you are returning or exchanging an item(s) and write the return reason number in the "REASON RETURNED" column. · Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box. · Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security, we recommend UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail. · Please allow ten (10) business days from our receipt of your package for your refund or credit to be processed. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. However, in the event that we have sent you incorrect, damaged or defective items, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the merchandise to us and we will waive the shipping costs of replacing it. No additional shipping will be charged if you are exchanging a product.
